Domestic Shipping
Choose from any of the following methods that are available for your destination when shipping a domestic order:
- U.S.P.S. Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Orders received by 2pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped that day.
Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
In order to avoid a $15.00 delivery failure surcharge, please make sure that your address is correct and complete, including the apt.#, suite#, etc. Globalsweet.com will not be responsible for subsequent rerouting surcharges and/or reshipping fees resulting from the submission of an incorrect or incomplete address
Free Shipping on Domestic Orders
If your order is $100 or more you qualify for free shipping. The "Free Shipping" option will automatically be made available for you to select in the "Ship via" dropdown menu. Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii or to APOs and FPOs.
International Shipping
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please click on this link International Shipping Quotation Request and follow the instructions.
Customs
When ordering from GLOBALSWEET.COM,
you are considered the importer of record and therefore,
you must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed and
levied when the shipment reaches your country.
You may also be assessed customs clearance or
other fees for which you will be responsible.
These charges are beyond our control and cannot be determined by us
in advance.
For further information, contact the local customs office in your country.
Additionally, customs forms for international shipments require us
to list the value and nature of the goods being shipped.
Please be aware that all international shipments are subject to
opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Shipping Chocolate
Shipping orders containing chocolate during the warm months or to the lower
tier states can result in heat damage. It is highly recommended that
these orders be shipped with our THERMAL PACK option by overnight or second day services.
Please call or e-mail Customer Service for shipping options and costs. We make every effort to ensure that your chocolate arrives in good
condition; however, since many variables remain outside our control, we cannot guarantee against heat damage no matter which methods are
used.
No refunds will be issued for melted or heat damaged products.
COD Shipments
GLOBAL SWEET does not ship COD

If you have a delivery confirmation or tracking number,
follow the links to determine the status of your shipment.

Claims - Type I
1. You receive the wrong merchandise
2. Your order is incomplete
3. Merchandise is defective
4. Your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount
of time

In the event of a lost package, we will initiate a tracer
with the carrier.
Claims - Type II
5. Cartons are damaged (crushed, torn, open, un-taped)
6. Contents are damaged due to apparent rough handling
7. You are asked to sign for more cartons than you
actually receive

5-7:
Contact the carrier directly:

US Postal Service (800-275-8777),
- Do not sign for damaged packages.
- If no signature is required and the package shows up damaged,
contact the carrier and request a Delivery Inspection.
Do not destroy or unpack the carton until after it has been inspected.
- Notify us about your claim.
We will contact you after we receive a report from the carrier.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
TO GLOBAL SWEET.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT, AND YOU MAY JEOPARDIZE
YOUR RIGHT TO A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER
